About The Role: As a Senior Python Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing the backend systems that power our platform. You will work on complex, high-throughput services and help improve our infrastructure to handle increasing loads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Python
• Optimize system performance and reliability
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews
• Collaborate with product teams to define and implement new features
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Python (Django/Flask preferred)
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Solid knowledge of database design and optimization
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
