**About The Role:** As a Staff Engineer, you will be a technical leader in our engineering organization. You will own significant parts of our platform and drive technical excellence across multiple teams. This role requires deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities.

*   Excellent communication and presentation skills
*   Ability to influence without direct authority
