Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-funnel narrative and craft messaging that moves prospects from awareness to purchase and renewal
  • Optimize growth channels through testing, measurement, and doubling down on high-ROI tactics
  • Optimize conversion funnels for webinars, newsletters, local events, and conferences
  • Represent Boost on the road at conferences (up to twice monthly) to deepen relationships with prospects
  • Craft and improve the Boost story for consistency across all campaigns and presentations
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, and Product teams to optimize brand strategy and streamline growth
  • Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to ensure continuous growth

Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of demand generation or events marketing experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS startup
  • Proven ability to own the full marketing funnel and drive results
  • Experience with data-driven marketing and A/B testing
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Familiarity with the school fundraising industry is a significant advantage
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Passion for education technology and its impact on communities
