We are committed to making a meaningful impact on education by supporting schools in achieving their fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full-funnel narrative and craft messaging that moves prospects from awareness to purchase and renewal
- Optimize growth channels through testing, measurement, and doubling down on high-ROI tactics
- Optimize conversion funnels for webinars, newsletters, local events, and conferences
- Represent Boost on the road at conferences (up to twice monthly) to deepen relationships with prospects
- Craft and improve the Boost story for consistency across all campaigns and presentations
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, and Product teams to optimize brand strategy and streamline growth
- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to ensure continuous growth
Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of demand generation or events marketing experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS startup
- Proven ability to own the full marketing funnel and drive results
- Experience with data-driven marketing and A/B testing
- Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Familiarity with the school fundraising industry is a significant advantage
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Passion for education technology and its impact on communities
