Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively own and manage retention metrics for assigned segment of partner schools (80-100 schools)
  • Develop trusted advisor status by understanding school-specific needs and solutions
  • Serve as the first point-of-contact for school support issues and drive effective resolutions
  • Co-create, implement, and monitor school health metrics and success KPIs
  • Develop and maintain documentation for school success best practices
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities and achieve annual upsell targets
  • Regularly solicit feedback on products, services, and satisfaction
  • Travel to conferences and events to meet partner schools
  • Support teammates and fill gaps as needed in our small team environment

Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of client services or customer success experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with schools and understand their unique challenges
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with the school fundraising industry is a significant advantage
  • Experience with customer satisfaction surveys and improvement initiatives
  • Passion for education technology and its impact on schools and communities
