We are committed to making a meaningful impact on education by supporting schools in achieving their fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively own and manage retention metrics for assigned segment of partner schools (80-100 schools)
- Develop trusted advisor status by understanding school-specific needs and solutions
- Serve as the first point-of-contact for school support issues and drive effective resolutions
- Co-create, implement, and monitor school health metrics and success KPIs
- Develop and maintain documentation for school success best practices
- Identify additional revenue opportunities and achieve annual upsell targets
- Regularly solicit feedback on products, services, and satisfaction
- Travel to conferences and events to meet partner schools
- Support teammates and fill gaps as needed in our small team environment
Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of client services or customer success experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with schools and understand their unique challenges
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with the school fundraising industry is a significant advantage
- Experience with customer satisfaction surveys and improvement initiatives
- Passion for education technology and its impact on schools and communities
