About The Role: We are seeking a Head of Operations to join our team. You’ll own a variety of internal responsibilities to allow our CEO & Founder to be more strategic. You’ll run key meetings and lead processes to manage company-wide OKRs, hiring, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Own internal responsibilities (primarily re: people and finance)
• Run key meetings such as our weekly all-hands and quarterly business reviews
• Lead processes to manage company-wide OKRs, 1:1s, hiring, compensation strategy, and performance reviews
• Assist with financial models, monthly investor updates, and quarterly board meetings
• Lead remote culture efforts like social events and virtual celebrations

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in a strategic or operations role at a B2B SaaS business
• Comfort and confidence to be an operations jack-of-all-trades
• Able to co-work in person with our CEO for a few days a month
• Bonus: Experience as a founder or CEO or familiarity with the school fundraising industry
