Breezy is a product-focused, early-stage startup building modern software for Residential HVAC contractors. We're the scrappy alternative to ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro. We’re collaborative, remote-first, and deeply customer-obsessed.

We are hiring a Tech Support Specialist to support our customers (Residential HVAC contractors) and internal team across Tier 1–3 issues. This role requires technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues potentially involving code and databases. It's a great opportunity for someone high-potential looking to grow into a dev role over time.

Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and empathetic support for Tier 1-3 issues via various channels.
* Troubleshoot technical problems, potentially digging into code (TypeScript, Node.js, React) and databases (Postgres).
* Write scripts to automate tasks or apply fixes.
* Identify, document, and escalate bugs to the engineering team.
* Fix minor bugs directly where appropriate.
* Contribute to support documentation and knowledge base.
* Work hours must overlap with 9am–4pm ET.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a technical support role.
* Must be comfortable digging into code and database queries.
* Basic scripting ability (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Bash).
* Familiarity with web technologies (TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, React stack is a plus).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during US Eastern Time hours.
* High-potential individual interested in growing towards a development role.
* Scrappy, product-minded, and customer-obsessed.

This is a contract role with potential to convert to full-time.
