Role: Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript Focus)
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join our Tech & Product Team (currently 14 people) building innovative features that solve real-world problems for our student members and employer clients. You'll collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, enacting real and meaningful change for students and graduates.

Responsibilities & Key Projects:
*   Work across client-facing products and an exciting new AI-driven growth project.
*   Build innovative features for students and employers.
*   Collaborate closely with the Tech & Product team to rapidly bring ideas to life.
*   Lead impactful design reviews for cutting-edge systems, championing best-in-class solutions.
*   Continuously expand expertise by mastering latest technologies and driving innovation.
*   Lead planning, development, and deployment of large backend system parts.
*   Work closely with and/or mentor junior team members.
*   Key Projects:
    *   Talent Tracker: Employer analytics platform (React, Shadcn, GraphQL API, Prisma, Elasticsearch).
    *   New AI-Driven Project: Greenfield initiative (Vercel AI SDK, TanStack Start, Redis, etc.).

Technical Skills & Stack:
*   Strong understanding of building production-quality web applications in TypeScript.
*   Comfortable working across the backend and frontend.
*   Experience with our stack is beneficial: React, Shadcn, GraphQL, Prisma, Elasticsearch, Vercel AI SDK, TanStack Start, Redis.
*   Services deployed on AWS and managed with Terraform.
*   Opportunity to influence technology direction.
