Role & Responsibilities: As a Staff Software Engineer, you will tackle complex technical challenges and provide technical leadership within the engineering team. You'll be involved in architectural decisions, mentoring other engineers, driving technical initiatives, and contributing high-quality code to critical parts of the Brilliant platform, including our learning experiences and authoring tools. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise and influence. Technical Skills: Extensive experience in software design and architecture, proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages, deep understanding of system design, scalability, and performance.
