Broadn inc (broadn.io) is hiring a part-time contract DevOps engineer.

**Company Description:**
Broadn inc is seeking skilled professionals to join our team. We are currently focused on deploying and managing applications within secure cloud environments like AWS GovCloud.

**Role & Responsibilities:**
We are looking for a DevOps engineer to take charge of deploying and monitoring an application hosted in AWS GovCloud. Key responsibilities include:
*   Managing the deployment pipeline (CI/CD).
*   Setting up and maintaining monitoring and alerting for the application and infrastructure.
*   Ensuring robust security measures are in place.
*   Managing backups and recovery procedures.
*   Handling key management using KMS.
*   Managing application configuration across environments.
*   Working within the constraints and requirements of AWS GovCloud.

**Technical Skills Required:**
*   5-10 years of hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure.
*   Strong experience with AWS, specifically AWS GovCloud.
*   Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline).
*   Deep understanding of cloud security best practices and tools.
*   Experience implementing and managing backup solutions (e.g., AWS Backup, custom scripts).
*   Familiarity with AWS Key Management Service (KMS).
*   Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation).

**Ideal Candidate:**
*   Must be a US Person as defined by ITAR, residing within US territory.
*   Proven track record in DevOps roles with significant cloud experience.
*   Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote, part-time contract setting.
*   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially regarding security and compliance in GovCloud.
