**About The Role:** Machine Learning Engineer at BTI360 builds the systems that turn data into mission impact. You will apply advanced machine learning techniques alongside sound software engineering and MLOps principles to design, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable ML solutions. Working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders, you will ensure that models are not only accurate—but also production-ready, observable, and secure.

**Responsibilities:** 
- Design and implement machine learning solutions
- Develop and maintain ML infrastructure and pipelines
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers
- Ensure model quality, reliability, and security
- Stay current with ML advancements

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in machine learning and data science
- Strong programming skills (Python, etc.)
- Experience with ML frameworks and MLOps
- Understanding of model deployment and monitoring
- Ability to work with sensitive data
