**About The Role:** DevOps Engineer at BTI360 enables our development teams by building scalable, automated, and secure infrastructure. You will create and maintain platform capabilities that streamline software delivery, optimize operations, and provide self-service tooling for teams to build, deploy, and monitor applications efficiently.

**Responsibilities:** 
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain and optimize infrastructure using cloud platforms
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with developers and operations teams
- Stay current with DevOps best practices

**Requirements:**
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash)
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration
- Security awareness
