**About The Role:** Front End UI Developer at BTI360 plays a crucial role in transforming visual designs into functional, intuitive web applications. You will focus on enhancing user experience by leveraging modern frameworks while integrating with external systems and handling sensitive data.

**Responsibilities:** 
- Build responsive and accessible user interfaces
- Implement UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers
- Optimize application performance and usability
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility

**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with React or similar frameworks
- Understanding of web accessibility standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and user experience focus
