We are Bubble Goods, the largest digital grocery marketplace for clean-label, better-for-you food. We help 2,000+ small food brands reach consumers nationwide. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading product development and shaping the future of our platform. You will work closely with product, operations, and founders to ship fast, build scalable systems, and contribute to a more transparent and decentralized food system.\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features that enhance our platform's performance, scalability, and user experience. You will own the full stack development process, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and database interactions. We are looking for an experienced engineer with a proven track record in building robust, scalable web applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead the design and development of new features and improvements for our platform.\n- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n- Write clean, maintainable code in multiple languages and frameworks.\n- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle rapid growth.\n- Work with our operations team to ensure high availability and reliability of our services.\n- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n\n- 6-8 years of experience as a full stack engineer.\n- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.\n- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go.\n- Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.\n- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).\n- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems.\n\nWe offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $150,000 plus equity opportunities.
