Full-Stack Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities: As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at BubblyDoo, you will be the right hand of the CTO and work on various parts of our codebase. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the implementation of new features, integrations, and bug fixes throughout the entire stack
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and plan technical work
• Researching and implementing new technologies to enhance our platform
• Ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our applications
• Working on both frontend and backend components to deliver seamless user experiences
• Optimizing our infrastructure for scalability and efficiency

Required Skills and Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a highly autonomous and experienced software engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should:

• Possess 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Have strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript
• Be proficient with React and Next.js frameworks
• Demonstrate experience with modern frontend tooling and libraries
• Understand cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Have experience with database design and optimization
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance priorities effectively
• Be comfortable working in an agile environment and taking ownership of projects
• Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time

Our ideal candidate should be able to balance “nice to haves” with company priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. You will be fully responsible for implementation of new features, integrations, bugfixes, research, planning, and more throughout the whole stack.

Our Tech Stack: We build our platform using TypeScript, Next.js on Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, and tRPC. We also leverage PostHog for analytics, Klaviyo for marketing, Grafana for monitoring, and Fivetran for data integration. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire technology ecosystem we’ve built.

While we don’t have a formal salary structure for this role in the job post, we offer competitive compensation including a base salary plus meaningful equity component. The estimated salary range for similar roles in our industry and location is €60k-€80k annually, with additional benefits including stock options, health insurance, and flexible working arrangements.
