**About The Role:** As a Fullstack Developer at Cactus, you will be involved in the entire process of building web applications for healthcare clients. You will work with our team to design and implement features that meet client needs and business objectives. This role requires a balance of front-end and back-end development skills, allowing you to contribute to the full stack of our applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for web applications.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and accessible designs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in multiple languages and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings to ensure high-quality development.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR).
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive healthcare data.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in full-stack development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
- Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Knowledge of databases and database design (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.
- Experience with healthcare-specific technologies and standards (e.g., EMRs, HIEs).

**Compensation:**
The estimated pay range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Cactus's equity plan.
