About The Role: The iOS Developer at Cactus will be responsible for designing and developing mobile applications for Apple platforms. You will work on projects that deliver healthcare solutions to our clients, ensuring that our apps are intuitive, efficient, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop native iOS applications using Swift or Objective-C.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement app features.
• Write unit and UI tests to ensure app quality and reliability.
• Optimize app performance and fix bugs.
• Stay updated with the latest iOS SDK and Apple guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR).
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive healthcare data.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
• Optimize app performance and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Swift or Objective-C.
• Experience with iOS development tools and frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI).
• Understanding of iOS architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with Xcode and iOS deployment.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Understanding of security best practices for mobile applications.
• Experience with healthcare-specific technologies and standards (e.g., EMRs, HIEs).

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Cactus’s equity plan.
