Role: Engineering Manager
Responsibilities include leading and mentoring teams of software engineers working on client projects. You will oversee project execution, ensure technical quality, manage team performance, and contribute to strategic technical decisions. You'll work closely with clients, designers, and product managers.
Technical Skills: Strong technical background in software development (experience relevant to our tech stacks: Python, JS, React, Swift, Kotlin/Java, SQL/NoSQL). Proven experience in leading engineering teams, project management, and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideal Candidate: An experienced engineering leader adept at managing both people and technical projects. You should be passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative culture, and delivering impactful solutions, particularly within the healthcare sector. Past experience working with healthcare tools and standards like EMRs, HIEs, HIPAA, FHIR, interoperability, etc. is a plus but not required.
