CAIL.IO is building an AI-powered phone operator designed to transform phone calls into effortless experiences, reducing anxiety and saving time for users. Our voice agents, powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), make calls, handle hold music, ask necessary questions, and provide concise summaries. We integrate LLMs, VoIP, and calendar functionalities to create a seamless service with real-world impact. We are a small, remote, pre-seed startup offering significant ownership, mentorship, and the chance to learn and contribute to a groundbreaking product.

We are seeking enthusiastic New Graduates and Interns eager to learn and contribute to the development of our AI phone operator. This role offers exposure to various aspects of building an AI product.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and implementing the logic governing the AI agent's behavior during calls.
* Contribute to building and executing testing plans (manual and automated QA) to ensure agent reliability and quality.
* Help evaluate and improve the Voice User Experience (Voice UX), making interactions feel natural and effective.
* Learn quickly and apply knowledge to solve problems related to agent performance, call handling, and system integration.
* Collaborate with senior engineers on feature development, debugging, and system improvements.
* Participate in data collection and analysis to enhance agent capabilities.

Technical Skills Required:
* Strong programming fundamentals (e.g., Python or similar).
* Basic understanding of software development principles.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* A strong desire to learn about AI, LLMs, voice technology, and software testing.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
