**About The Role:** As a Senior Product Designer at Camber, you will design intuitive user experiences for our healthcare technology platform. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to create interfaces that simplify complex administrative tasks for clinicians.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design user interfaces and experiences for healthcare applications
- Collaborate with product teams to define design solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create design systems and components for consistency
- Develop prototypes and validate design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and drive design standards
- Stay current with healthcare design trends and best practices

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating healthcare or complex system design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience designing for healthcare or administrative workflows
