About the Role

We’re looking for an ERA/EFT Enrollment Specialist who will be responsible for managing the automated receipt of payments and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) from payers. This role ensures all payers have current billing and payment information on file and that necessary EOBs are obtained for payment processing.

What you’ll do:

  • Review incoming payments to identify payers eligible for EDI, ERA, and EFT processing through our clearinghouse.
  • Create enrollment requests and follow up to confirm approval and activation.
  • Communicate with the clearinghouse to resolve any enrollment-related issues.
  • Monitor billing and payment data from payers to identify and implement required updates.
  • Execute payer-specific procedures to update billing information and follow through to ensure completion.
  • Assist the payments department by contacting payers to request missing EOBs needed for processing.
  • Identify payments that require additional documentation and coordinate with payers to obtain or reprocess EOBs.

Camber is based in New York City, and we prioritize in-person and hybrid candidates. Please refer to the top of this page for this position’s hiring location.

If that’s you and you’re reading this, we’d like to encourage you to apply regardless — we’d love to get to know you and see if there’s a place for you here!

In addition, we take security seriously, and all of our employees contribute to uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations.
