Full Stack Support Engineer

**About The Role:** We're looking for a Senior Support Engineer to work with our Support and Data Migration teams for day-to-day troubleshooting and resolving technical customer issues. This is a hands-on role where you'll regularly ship fixes and improvements to the core platform. You'll need strong software development skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues ranging from simple bug fixes to data migration scripts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical customer issues
* Fix bugs and implement small feature improvements
* Develop and execute data migration scripts
* Ship production-ready fixes to the core platform
* Collaborate with Support and Data Migration teams
* Investigate and resolve technical issues ranging from simple bugs to complex system changes
* Write Ruby scripts to automate platform modifications
* Contribute to improving our support processes and knowledge base
* Work with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions

**Required Skills:**
* Proven experience with Ruby on Rails (Rails 7)
* Strong React development skills (TypeScript/JS)
* Deep understanding of Postgres database architecture
* Experience with Linux system administration
* Excellent debugging skills for distributed systems
* Strong problem-solving abilities with technical depth
* Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
* Familiarity with healthcare technology systems
* Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
* Excellent communication skills for technical documentation

**Ideal Candidate:**
We're looking for someone who combines strong software development skills with exceptional troubleshooting capabilities. This role requires someone who can dive deep into complex technical issues while maintaining clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with healthcare systems is a plus, but not required. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment while still collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
