Senior Fullstack Engineer

**Role Overview**  
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to be a foundational member of our small, ambitious team. You will have significant ownership across the stack to build and scale the core of our AI agent platform.

**Ideal Candidate**  
- Worked previously at an early‑stage startup (seed, series A) and a mature company  
- 7+ years of full‑stack experience (Python, React preferred, open to other languages)  
- Strong technical skills  
- Experience with LLM / agentic applications  
- Understanding of data‑driven decisions or ML principles  
- Strong problem‑solver with a bias toward experience, infrastructure, architecture, or data  
- Feel underutilised in your current role and want to push the limits of your capabilities  

**Responsibilities**  
- Build and maintain the core AI agent platform across frontend and backend  
- Design, implement, and ship features using Python, React, FastAPI, and Supabase  
- Leverage cloud services (GCP) to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost‑efficiency  
- Incorporate voice, vision, reasoning, LLMs, and sLMs into product features  
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Agent Experience, Agent Interfaces, Agent Alignment, Agent Deployment)  
- Contribute to system performance, monitoring, and continuous improvement

**Compensation**  
- $120,000 – $180,000 per year (USD)
