Role: We are seeking ML Engineers to develop and implement the machine learning models that power Cassi's intelligence. You will work on core AI capabilities like document understanding, personalized recommendations, and natural language interaction.

Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement ML models for tasks like NLP, information extraction, and personalization.
- Train, evaluate, and deploy models into production environments.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate ML models into the product.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML and AI.
- Analyze data to improve model performance and identify new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate: An engineer with a strong theoretical and practical background in machine learning. You have experience building and deploying ML systems, particularly in areas like NLP or recommendation systems. Experience with LLMs and relevant tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
