Role Description:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in NYC (In-Person). You will be instrumental in building the powerful, reliable, and user-friendly automation primitives that enable non-technical users to create sophisticated AI assistants and workflows tailored to their specific business needs. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain features across the entire Cassidy platform stack.
- Build intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using modern web technologies, enabling users to easily configure AI assistants, connect data sources, and build complex workflows.
- Develop scalable and robust back-end services handling data processing, integrations with third-party APIs and AI models, workflow orchestration, and security.
- Collaborate closely with the product team, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to architectural design decisions and help establish engineering best practices.
- Ensure the platform is reliable, performant, and secure, adhering to standards like SOC 2 Type II and GDPR.

Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in full-stack web development.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid experience with back-end programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go) and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and potentially NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and version control (Git).
