Company: Category Labs is a blockchain R&D firm working on greenfield technology to accelerate the Monad blockchain network. We're an early-stage, venture-backed company focused on innovation and fast delivery, tackling challenging problems in VM optimization and distributed systems.

Role: We are seeking Compiler Engineers to join our growing team of top-tier engineers. You will work on challenging design and optimization problems related to accelerating the Monad blockchain network. This involves both high-level system design and low-level optimization, offering lots of opportunity for impact.

Responsibilities:
*   Design, implement, and optimize compiler components.
*   Work on VM optimization and distributed systems challenges.
*   Collaborate within a small, cross-functional team.
*   Apply theoretical solutions to practical problems in decentralized computation.
