**About Cathmere:** Cathmere is a seed-stage fintech startup building a private blockchain-based platform that connects US investors with asset-backed securities in emerging markets. We provide verifiable data about real-world asset performance through our CQR®Invest platform, powered by CQR®Chain. Our mission is to bridge the gap in global financing by leveraging blockchain technology to bring transparency and efficiency to the securitization market.**The Role:** We're seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join our small founding team and own core platform development. This is an early-stage opportunity to shape technical architecture and product direction as we build our Web 3.0 investment platform. You will play a pivotal role in developing the full-stack application that powers Cathmere's unique approach to emerging market investments.
**Responsibilities:** You will own core platform development, shaping the technical architecture and product direction. You will build the user-facing components for investors, create dashboards for asset managers, and develop internal tools for our team. You'll work closely with the leadership team to define requirements, implement features, and ensure the platform meets business needs while maintaining high performance and security standards.
**Requirements:** We're looking for someone with demonstrated engineering excellence and product-oriented thinking. You should have a strong background in full-stack development with experience in building scalable web applications. Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks is essential, along with experience with blockchain technologies and a track record of shipping products users love. You should be comfortable working with private blockchains and have a proven ability to balance technical complexity with business requirements.
**Tech Stack:** We're building with a JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem, utilizing React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. Experience with Web3 libraries and distributed systems will be highly valued. You should be comfortable with technologies like Ethereum, Solidity, and other blockchain solutions, along with strong knowledge of database design, API development, and cloud infrastructure.
