They’ve raised significant venture capital and launched industry-leading products in their respective domains.\n\nWe need a Senior Backend Engineer with a strong focus on Go who can architect scalable systems, ship production-ready code, and own the entire deployment pipeline from local development to cloud infrastructure.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n Design and implement high-performance backend services in Go\n Build and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure\n Own the DevOps pipeline from CI/CD to monitoring and alerting\n Lead our SOC 2 compliance efforts, implementing security best practices\n Create robust APIs that power our AI-driven supply chain platform\n Optimize for performance, reliability, and cost across cloud providers\n Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes\n Collaborate with frontend engineers to design efficient data flows\n Make architectural decisions that balance speed of delivery with long-term maintainability\n\nYou Should Have\n 5-10 years of backend development experience\n Strong Go programming skills (minimum 2+ years preferred)\n Proven experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure—not just one cloud provider\n Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices\n Hands-on DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Pulumi, etc.)\n Security-first mindset with understanding of compliance frameworks\n Self-driven approach with ability to own projects end-to-end\n Experience shipping production systems that scale\n\nBonus Points\n SOC 2 compliance experience—you’ve been through the audit process\n Built AI/ML infrastructure or data pipelines at scale\n Experience with multi-cloud deployments and cost optimization\n Track record of improving developer velocity through tooling and automation\n Background in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software\n\nWhy Join Us?\n You’ll have direct impact—this isn’t a cog-in-the-machine role\n Own the entire backend architecture and infrastructure decisions\n Work with a lean team where your decisions shape the product and culture\n Build fast, experiment often, and learn from real users\n High ownership with the flexibility to work where and when you’re most productive\n Join early, grow with the company, and help define engineering excellence\n\nTo Apply\nTell us about a backend system you built that balanced rapid development with production reliability.
