    **About The Role:** We're seeking a Platform Engineer to build and operate the scalable systems powering our AI-driven wealth management platform. You'll work across traffic management, network optimization, and cloud orchestration while mentoring the team. This is a senior role with significant impact on our infrastructure.

    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Lead design and development of systems optimizing network traffic and scaling for global expansion
    - Drive architectural decisions for high-impact projects ensuring scalability and reliability
    - Co-author technical roadmaps for network scalability, performance, and engineering velocity
    - Set standards for engineering and operational excellence
    - Build partnerships across engineering, product, and security teams
    - Lead design reviews focusing on system-level tradeoffs and network scalability
    - Drive "secure by default" network system design with security teams
    - Engage with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements
    - Deeply understand leveraging our software for networking infrastructure
    - Gather insights on customer needs for traffic management strategies
    - Stay current with traffic management, networking, and cloud orchestration advancements
    - Mentor engineers on best practices for reliable, scalable systems
    - Drive alignment across teams ensuring cohesive roadmaps

    **Requirements:**
    - Proven experience leading complex engineering efforts in network traffic management, optimization, and cloud orchestration
    - Exceptional collaboration skills with stakeholder alignment abilities
    - Track record of contributing to long-term technical roadmaps
    - 8+ years coding experience in Go, Java, or similar with concurrent/distributed expertise
    - Extensive distributed systems design and implementation experience
    - Deep expertise in traffic/networking systems with adjacent infrastructure familiarity
    - Hands-on cloud provider optimization experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
    - Strong ownership with balance between short-term priorities and long-term goals
