    **About The Role:** We're seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the highest quality of our platform. You'll design and execute test strategies for LLM-based workflows while mentoring the team. This role requires both technical expertise and business understanding.

    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Design and implement automated tests for complex workflows
    - Perform manual testing to validate functionality and identify edge cases
    - Collaborate with developers and product managers to define quality requirements
    - Continuously improve testing frameworks and processes
    - Work with teams to resolve defects and ensure quality delivery
    - Mentor engineers on testing best practices and frameworks
    - Drive alignment across teams ensuring cohesive quality initiatives

    **Requirements:**
    - 5+ years QA experience in startup environments
    - Proven ability to understand domain problems and solve for quality
    - Extensive experience designing automated testing frameworks
    - Experience with LLM-based workflow testing and manual testing methodologies
    - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    - Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
