Role: Lead Technician
As a Lead Technician at Charge Robotics, you’ll play a major role in building, testing, and deploying our next generation of solar installation robots. You will lead a team and support engineering efforts hands-on.

Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of technicians to build and test robotic systems.
* Supporting the mechanical + software engineering teams in assembly, testing, and support of new robotic systems.
* Maintaining and organizing the workshop.
* Developing and maintaining engineering documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ideal Candidate:
* You have at least 4+ years of relevant technician or manufacturing experience.
* You have mechanical intuition refined through personal or professional projects.
* You have a positive attitude and like working on a team.
* You will follow safety procedures + reinforce a culture of safety.
* You are excited to work on interesting technical problems with direct climate impact.
* You are based in or can relocate to the SF bay area (Oakland).
