**About the Role: GTM Engineer**
As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer at ChipStack, you’ll be the closest person to our customers. You’ll own the entire technical relationship—from pre-sales through onboarding to success. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success—perfect for someone who’s technical, scrappy, and loves working with customers. You will work with product and engineering to translate customer needs into features, and you’ll be directly responsible for customer satisfaction and adoption.

**What You’ll Do:**
- Own technical delivery for each customer—from scoping and onboarding to integration and support.
- Build deep relationships with customer engineering teams to drive adoption and product usage.
- Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities within customer organizations.
- Translate customer feedback into features—build them yourself or work closely with engineering.
- Be the customer’s voice inside ChipStack, advocating for their needs.

**Requirements:**
- Experience building or selling deeply technical products.
- Strong communication skills—comfortable discussing complex technology with diverse audiences.
- Technical experience, potentially as a software engineer, sales engineer, or deployed engineer.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy wearing many hats.
- Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn quickly and act decisively.
