Production Engineer

Chroma is building retrieval database for AI applications. It’s an open-source database with vector, regex, and full-text search. We support local, single-node, and cloud hosting. As a Production Engineer at Chroma, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our scalable infrastructure. You will work with Rust on the data plane, Go on the control plane, and Python/TypeScript in product engineering. Your role will include designing and implementing distributed systems, optimizing performance, ensuring reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
