Full Stack Software Engineer

Company: Clad (YC W'23) is construction management software for infrastructure, helping build telecom, roads, utilities, etc., faster and cheaper. We're an early-stage startup with significant traction: since last year, we've 8x'd revenue and >3x'd customers. We have ~5 years of runway from a $2.7M seed round led by Y Combinator and Better Tomorrow Ventures. Our team size is 4.

Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a product-minded Full Stack Software Engineer to join our small, in-person team of 4 in NYC. You'll be responsible for building out every aspect of Clad's product. This is an opportunity to shape not just the code, but also the direction of the business – informing how we work, the products we build, and the team we assemble. You will work on features used daily to power 10’s of millions in construction.

Ideal Candidate:
- A full-stack, product-oriented engineer with 3+ years of experience.
- Focus on craft, continuous learning, and a high degree of energy.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to product direction.

Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in full-stack Typescript.
- Experience with React and the Remix framework.

Location: This role is in-person in New York City.
