**About The Role:** We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Experience Team. This high-impact role involves building and optimizing frontend features using Phoenix and LiveView, leading technical refactors to tackle tech debt, and contributing to our open-source projects in the Elixir ecosystem. You'll play a key role in scaling our infrastructure and mentoring team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**
*   Implement, design, and optimize complex frontend features using Phoenix and LiveView
*   Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences
*   Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of our frontend systems
*   Mentor team members, foster technical excellence, and lead by example
*   Contribute to our open-source projects, enhancing the Elixir ecosystem
*   Balance technical leadership with hands-on coding

**Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:**
*   5+ years of professional software development experience
*   At least 2 years working with Elixir and Phoenix/LiveView
*   Deep understanding of modern frontend technologies (HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs, GraphQL)
*   Proven experience with Phoenix LiveView and Surface
*   Strong collaborative approach and customer-minded focus
*   Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers
*   Passion for the Elixir ecosystem and experience with open-source contributions is a major plus
*   Interest or expertise in automotive data or classic cars is a plus
