Role: Staff Mobile Engineer, iOS (NYC)
We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Mobile Engineer specializing in iOS development in New York City. As a technical leader within the mobile team, you will tackle the most complex iOS challenges, drive architectural decisions, influence technical strategy, and mentor senior engineers. This role requires working onsite 5 days a week in our NYC office.

Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement critical features and infrastructure for the CLEAR iOS platform.
- Lead technical design for major iOS initiatives and ensure technical excellence.
- Mentor senior iOS engineers and elevate the team's technical capabilities.
- Solve complex problems related to performance, scalability, security, and architecture on iOS.
- Collaborate with architects and leadership on the long-term mobile technology vision.
- Evaluate and advocate for new iOS technologies and patterns.

Technical Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and core iOS frameworks.
- Extensive experience designing and building complex, large-scale iOS applications.
- Deep understanding of iOS architecture patterns, concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning.
- Mastery of mobile build systems, testing strategies, CI/CD, and observability.
- Strong grasp of mobile security best practices.
