Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves helping us accelerate our growth and build a future that doesn’t rely on credit card networks. You’ll work on a lean team to develop and scale our payment platform, which powers transactions for businesses in high-growth industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain our payment platform using Python/Django, React, Node.js, and AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements
• Optimize system performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Python/Django, React, Node.js, and AWS
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and payment processing
• Experience with fintech or e-commerce platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
