About The Role: We are seeking a Software Development Manager, Product Security to lead our growing team focused on building innovative security features. This role involves managing a team of engineers while developing cutting-edge security capabilities that protect our platform and enhance user trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers and developers
• Define and implement product security strategies and roadmaps
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to integrate security throughout the development lifecycle
• Design and build innovative security features that address emerging threats
• Conduct threat modeling and security assessments for new product initiatives
• Oversee security testing and vulnerability management processes
• Stay current with industry security trends and best practices
• Drive security awareness and training programs across the organization

Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience leading software development teams in security-focused roles
• Deep understanding of software security principles and practices
• Experience designing and implementing security features in cloud environments
• Strong technical background with knowledge of secure coding practices
• Ability to balance security requirements with business priorities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with security frameworks and standards (OWASP, NIST)
• Background in product security or application security
• Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
