About The Role: We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team and drive innovation in legal technology. This role involves developing cutting-edge machine learning models that transform how legal professionals work, with a focus on natural language processing and generative AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning solutions for legal applications
- Develop and maintain ML infrastructure and pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to define requirements for AI features
- Conduct research on novel ML techniques and apply them to legal problems
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in ML development
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of ML systems
- Stay current with advances in AI and machine learning
Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in machine learning and AI, particularly in NLP and generative models
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Background in statistical modeling and experimentation
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience deploying ML models to production environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering impactful solutions
- Bachelor’’s or Master’’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
