Machine Learning Engineer

Company: Clio is the market leader in legaltech products with strong financials (300M+ ARR, 90% retention, 30% growth YoY, no debt, no layoffs) and a recent $1.4B CAD Series F funding round valuing the company at $4B CAD.

Role: Intermediate Machine Learning Engineer (MLE). Multiple roles available. You will be heavily involved in statistical inferencing and running experiments to determine the best ML models for various use cases.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and evaluate machine learning models.
- Conduct experiments and use statistical methods to validate model performance.
- Collaborate with MLEs, MLOps engineers, and full-stack developers.
- Support the development of a new greenfield AI product.
- Work within a team structure supporting multiple AI initiatives.

Requirements:
- Intermediate-level experience in Machine Learning.
- Strong understanding of statistical inference and experimental design.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python) and ML libraries.
- Experience deploying and monitoring ML models is a plus.
