We help businesses manage their sales pipelines, automate tasks, and improve customer relationships. We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the high availability and performance of our platform.

**Key Responsibilities:** 
*   Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and alerting systems
*   Automate operational tasks and infrastructure management
*   Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security
*   Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents promptly
*   Optimize system performance and resource utilization
*   Collaborate with development teams on operational best practices

**Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:**
*   Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role
*   Deep understanding of system architecture and infrastructure
*   Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
*   Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins)
*   Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
*   Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
*   Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
*   Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

**Compensation:**
The estimated pay range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000, plus bonus and equity.

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Close, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of our SaaS platform. You will work with our engineering teams to implement best practices and automate operations, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience.
