Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

Close is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You will work on building and deploying machine learning models that enhance our sales CRM product. This role requires expertise in ML algorithms and their application to real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements
• Optimize ML models for performance and accuracy
• Experiment with new algorithms and techniques
• Develop tools and pipelines for data processing and model serving
• Mentor junior ML engineers and contribute to research

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis
• Understanding of deep learning and recommendation systems
• Experience with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker/GCP AI Platform)
• Background in data engineering and feature engineering
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
