Full-Stack Software Engineer - Growth

About The Role: As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on the Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. With growth being a top priority, your contributions will help us scale rapidly while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality. You will leverage your technical expertise to make critical decisions, build robust systems, and deliver products that empower both the truck drivers on our platform and our internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, ship, and maintain solutions to problems and products, working across frontend and backend.
• Take complete ownership over projects and features, working across a range of systems and technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a complete and delightful customer experience.
• Help set and improve our engineering processes, standards, and tooling.
• Mentor other engineers and help them grow in their roles.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of industry experience as a software engineer.
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
• Takes a user-focused approach, shipping incrementally with rapid iterations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with web technologies and system design.

Nice to haves:

• Full-stack experience building responsive layouts with React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with our technical stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Google Cloud.
• Background in fintech or logistics systems.

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $155,000 - $225,000. This role is eligible for equity.
