Senior Software Engineer, back-end Go

About The Role: We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our backend team and help build the infrastructure that powers our AI development platform. You’ll work on critical systems that enable secure collaboration between developers and AI agents, optimizing performance and scalability while maintaining security standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems using Go
• Optimize performance and reliability of our cloud development infrastructure
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain secure coding practices
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews
• Drive architectural decisions for high-impact projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and building scalable backend systems
• Strong expertise in Go programming language
• Understanding of distributed systems and network protocols
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability
• Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments
• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
