Role Description: Coder seeks a Senior Back-end Software Engineer proficient in Go to contribute to the core Coder platform. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust back-end services that form the backbone of our CDE product.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and performant back-end systems using Go.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and ship new features.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions.

Technical Skills Required:
- Significant professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Go (Golang).
- Experience building and operating distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Terraform is a plus.
