Role Description: Join Coder as a Back-end Software Engineer focused on Go. You will help build and enhance the Coder platform, which streamlines development workflows by moving them to the cloud, impacting developers globally.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy back-end services using Go.
- Collaborate with team members on feature development and bug fixes.
- Contribute to code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new system components.
- Learn and apply best practices in software engineering.

Technical Skills Required:
- Professional experience developing software in Go (Golang).
- Understanding of web services, APIs, and general backend concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and Linux environments.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Basic understanding of database concepts.
