**About Cogram:**

Cogram is an LLM-based productivity platform for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC). Our B2B SaaS product automates a growing number of AEC workflows such as meeting notes, site visits, project administration, mail management and RFP bidding. We serve thousands of users with enterprise-grade requirements on robustness and reliability. Cogram is SOC 2 Type II certified and integrates with common industry tools.

**The Role:**

We're looking for a Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer (typically 8+ years of experience) who excels at solving complex problems and delivering solid performance. You will take a leading role in developing software for a system that serves thousands of users, driving technical decisions and mentoring other engineers, while ensuring enterprise-grade robustness and reliability.

**Responsibilities:**

*   Lead the design, development, and deployment of major features and components of Cogram's platform.
*   Tackle the most complex technical challenges, setting technical direction for projects.
*   Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
*   Ensure system architecture meets long-term goals for scalability, security, and reliability.
*   Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

*   8+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated technical leadership.
*   Expert knowledge in Python.
*   At least good working knowledge in Javascript / Typescript / React.
*   Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
*   Experience architecting and scaling complex, distributed systems.
*   Excellent writing and communication skills, ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
