Implementation Manager

As an Implementation Manager, you’ll guide our clients through the software adoption process, ensuring successful deployments that meet their specific needs. This role requires strong project management skills and a passion for healthcare technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software implementation projects for healthcare clients
• Develop and execute detailed project plans with stakeholders
• Coordinate resources and timelines across implementation teams
• Conduct user acceptance testing and training sessions
• Manage client communications and expectations
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolutions
• Gather client feedback to improve implementation processes
• Document implementation best practices and knowledge

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation or project management
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Portfolio demonstrating implementation expertise
• Understanding of software deployment lifecycles
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
