Comulate provides world-class automation software for the insurance industry. Join our customer operations team in San Francisco to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our platform. Role & Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Onboard new customers and provide ongoing training and support. Monitor customer health, identify risks, and proactively address issues. Gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs internally. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Ideal Candidate: Experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS. Passion for helping customers achieve their goals. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in InsurTech or Fintech is a plus.
