Comulate provides world-class automation software trusted by the largest players in the insurance industry. Join our customer operations team in San Francisco to manage our key enterprise accounts. Role & Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of large enterprise customers. Develop deep understanding of enterprise client business objectives and align Comulate solutions to drive value. Lead strategic account reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and manage renewals. Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders. Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful customer outcomes. Advocate for enterprise customer needs within Comulate. Ideal Candidate: Significant experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Strategic Account Management within B2B SaaS, ideally Fintech/InsurTech. Proven ability to manage complex relationships with large organizations and C-level executives. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.
