Comulate provides world-class automation software for the insurance industry. Join our customer operations team in San Francisco to provide exceptional technical support to our users. Role & Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via various channels (email, chat, phone). Diagnose and resolve software problems, escalating complex issues to engineering when necessary. Document support cases, solutions, and product feedback accurately. Contribute to the development of help articles and support documentation. Identify trends in support requests to inform product improvements. Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams. Ideal Candidate: Experience in a technical support or product support role, preferably for a SaaS product. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
